How to Apply

Download the Application Form

Please complete the Application form. You can complete the form on-screen and email us a copy. If so please send the family photo in with the form as attachments.

A copy of the form will be sent to Japan and eventually to your hosts so any relevant information about you, your family and your health will be very helpful. Be sure to attach a recent photo of your self and some family photos on page 2.

Passport Image
We require a copy of the photo and issue page of your passport. This is used to issue the air ticket and is also sent to Japan.

Program Fee Deposit 
This will be required when submitting your application. The deposit is non-refundable.  

Please send the deposit by either
a. Cheque made out to “Lets Homestay” and send it in with your application form; or
b. By internet banking at the time of application to the following account

Information Pack
An information pack will be sent to after you application has been received and processed by our office.

Balance of fees
This is due in July and you will be sent an invoice with payment details and deadlines.

Host Family Details
Host family details will be sent to you in mid August. Following this information you will be able to exchange emails and photos with your host.
