From Tauranga’s Japanese sister city “Hitachi City” The school known as “Nissenko” is coming back to Tauranga.  The boys aged 16 and 17 years old are arriving on Friday 23rd February and departing on Friday 2nd March 2018, 7 nights in total.

During the 7 night stay the boys will be involved in a program based at the Historical Village, 17th Ave West, Tauranga. From there they will visit Mount Maunganui College, enjoy our city attractions and highlights, meet our new city Mayor and have a day sightseeing to Rotorua.

As a host you will be giving them the main experience of the program, to experience life in NZ with a kiwi family. You will need to provide transport for them to and from the Historic Village each day, give them a loving, caring family home environment and include them in your family life.

This very short 7 night program is being operated by Lets Homestay and is supported by Japanese speaking staff.
An accommodation allowance is paid to each host during the program.
